2008/09 – Elpro Tech India Pvt. Ltd. (ETIPL) has come to an understanding with M/s. Thyssen Krupp Steel AG of Germany to provide needful information on Indian steel plants and to organize collaboration arrangements with Indian parties for transfer of technology and training support. Thyssen Krupp Steel AG is one of the worlds biggest and the most modern steel plants with very high technology and know how.

• ETIPL has long experience in setting up new ventures in India, mostly in private sector. ETIPL has assisted in formation of:
(i) A company in the Joint Sector between an Engineering House in Germany and a reputed Consultancy Organization in India.
(ii) A company in the Joint Sector between a Software Development Company of repute from Germany and a private party in India.
(iii) A Sister Company in India for an Electrical Engineering House of repute in Europe.

Besides the above ETIPL did provide assistance to a few other companies from abroad intending to set up an organization in India which did not finally materialize due to sudden economic recession, competition in Indian market etc.

• ETIPL provided backup services from India to a Software Solution Provider in Germany.
• ETIPL assisted a number of new organizations in recruitment of initial key personnel and sorting out the teething problems.
